Dr. Michael Herrera has been in dental practice since 1983. His efforts to provide the highest level of care for his patients started from the first day of practice with his father. He has over 4000 hours of continuing education and has been involved in numerous study clubs and dental organizations dedicated to excellence in dentistry.
Dr. Patrick Myatt, was born and raised in Verdi, Nevada. After graduating an honors student from high school, he enrolled at the University of Nevada, Reno where he received a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Community Health Sciences. He then went on to graduate from USC School of Dentistry with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2020. His passion during dental school was geared towards a dental humanitarian outreach program (DHOP). This program is a student run mobile clinic with one goal in mind…to provide patients with high quality dental care all over the world. He was a board member for DHOP and spent his winter breaks in countries such as Cambodia, Nicaragua and Panama providing dental care for the underserved population.
Dr. Myatt is returning back to the Biggest Little City, dedicated to serving his community with the absolute best and up-to-date dental care. His expertise ranges from guided implants, root canal treatment, extractions, Invisalign, cosmetic and general dentistry. Taking after his father, Dr. Thomas Myatt OMFS, who provided over 40 years of oral surgery excellence in the Reno-Sparks area.
“I grew up watching my father practice oral surgery, which showed me the enormous impact one person can have on improving the lives of others. I am committed to improving the oral health of my patients as he once did.” Outside of work, his passions include spending time with his beautiful family, any water/snow related activities, hunting, cooking, fishing and golf.
